OUR VISION

In 2021, our work took us to Dubai and Sharjah airports daily to transport shipments to Khartoum. It was during one of these trips that a simple yet impactful scene caught our attention. We saw a woman with her two children struggling to repack her bags on the airport floor, trying to reduce their weight to avoid excess baggage fees. We immediately stepped in to help her re-pack and re-seal her luggage.

That moment was the spark for "Safar." It made us think: "What if we could create a service that handles travelers' luggage from their homes, saving them the hassle of packing and carrying bags, especially for families with children?"

We spent six months studying every aspect of the travel journey, from booking a ticket to the final boarding call. We tested our idea with family and friends, using their feedback to refine our service and make it as seamless as possible.

We chose the name "Safar"—a simple, clear name that perfectly represents our mission. We then opened our first office in Ajman, UAE, establishing it as the hub for our operations.

Today, as we celebrate three years since our journey began, we are incredibly grateful for our team's patience and dedication. It's their hard work and understanding of our customers' needs that have made our service what it is today. And to our customers, thank you for your trust.
